A Taste of Bavaria in Chiang Mai: Traditional Weisswurst Breakfast at Hangdong

Looking for an authentic German breakfast in Chiang Mai? At Hangdong Family Minigolf & German Restaurant, you can enjoy a traditional Munich-style Weisswurst breakfast every day we are open.

Our Weisswurst is served with Fränkische Helle Salzbreze, a traditional light salted Franconian pretzel, mustard and beer — bringing a taste of Bavarian breakfast culture to Chiang Mai.

What is a Weisswurst Breakfast?

Weisswurst is a traditional Bavarian sausage, particularly associated with Munich. A classic Weisswurst breakfast is traditionally enjoyed in the morning and is served with mustard and a fresh pretzel.

At Hangdong, we offer this traditional combination throughout the day, so you don't have to get up early to enjoy it.

G&M German Sausages

We also serve a selection of G&M German Sausage products, including gluten-free sausage options. Depending on availability, our selection includes Weisswurst, Nürnberger, Thüringer Bratwurst and Mixed German Sausages, as well as other German sausage specialties.

G&M sausages are also available for takeaway, so you can enjoy your favorites at home. They can also be ordered through LINE MAN and Grab.
